2009 BYU Football TV Schedule and Viewing Options

[July 2, 2009] Wondering how many BYU games you will be able to see on TV this season? First, you need to know that if you don't have cable or satellite TV, you will not be able to see any BYU football games. For those with cable or satellite, we have compiled below your options to see the games.

Update: August 29, 2009: DirecTV has announced they may be dropping the Versus channel from their lineup on August 31st. Their explanation is here: http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/article.jsp?assetId=P6220002 . This would mean that 2 BYU games (Florida State and TCU) would be dropped from DirectTV's BYU schedule below. Since DirecTV says they are still negotiating, we won't change the table below yet, but please be aware.

We have received various emails about The Mtn. channel now being available on Cox Cable in Arizona. So, 'Zoner Cougars now have another local option.

If we have something incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it.

Summary

If you live in the Mountain West Areas (Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Diego), DirecTV and Comcast are your best options to view all games.

If you live outside of the Mountain West Area, DirectTV is the best option to view all games.
